CIRCULAR FOR KG I (New Admission)
Kindly note the following:-
1. The school timings for the academic year 2010-11 for KG-I classes will be form 8:15     a.m. to 12 noon.
2. Timings for KG - I for the month of June is as follows:-

11.06.2010 to 18.06.2010	8:15 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
21.06.2010 to 25.06.2010	8:15 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
28.06.2010 onwards	8:15 a.m. to 12 noon

3. Those who escort the children should bring them to school 10 minutes before the bell.
4. Please send your child neatly dressed in:-
    a) School uniform with the name badge (a plastic badge with a red background, white         letters and a white border)
    b) Black shoes and plain white socks.
    c) A handkerchief pinned to the child's shirt.
5. Your child should be toilet trained.
6. Kindly send light snacks, drinking water and a clean napkin in a separate basket      everyday.
7. Please avoid stopping your vehicle in front of the school gate (13th Main) while      dropping and picking up your child.

CIRCULAR FOR KG II
Kindly note the following:-
1. The school timings for the academic year 2010-11 - 8:15 a.m. to 12 noon.
2. Timings for KG - II for the month of June is as follows:-

4.06.2010 to 8.06.2010	8:15a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
9.06.2010 onwards	8:15 a.m. to 12 noon

3. KG-II books will be issued on 5.06.2010 (Saturday) from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.
4. Please send all the books labeled by 7.06.2010 (Monday)
5. Those who escort the children should bring them to school 10 minutes before the bell.
6. Send three sharpened pencils and an eraser to school everyday. (Do not send      sharpener). Please send crayons in a separate pencil box
7. Please send your child neatly dressed in : -
    a) School uniform with the name badge (a plastic badge with a red background, white         letters and a white border)
    b) Black shoes and plain white socks.
8. Kindly read the particulars in the school diary, fill in the personal information sheet      and sign.
9. Kindly send light snacks, drinking water and a clean napkin in a separate basket      everyday.

General Information for Montessori Parents
1. Every minute of every day in the school being precious for the child’s development,     parents are requested to see that your child is regularly and punctually, that is to be     in the school positively by 9.00a.m. In case of the child’s unavoidable absence,     leave letters have to be sent explaining the reasons for absence.

2. Your child needs to carry a small basket containing a snack box(avoid messy snacks),     a napkin, a water bottle and an extra set of clothing for an emergency all labeled with     the child’s name.

3. Every child is expected to wear a name tag.

4. Ensure that your child is dressed in simple clothes, which can be worn and removed     by the child himself/herself. These clothes should enable free and easy movement.     Since the children remove the footwear themselves, heavy shoes with laces are not     preferred. Kindly label your child’s footwear.

5. You are required to check the child’s diary everyday for any message sent by the     Directress.

6. In case your child brings home articles that do not belong to him please ensure that it     is returned to t he school.

7. You will be invited to observe your child’s work during the academic year.
• Any change in your address or phone number should be intimated to the concerned teachers as soon as possible.
