Virtual celebration of the Investiture Ceremony

In the wake of an unprecedented lockdown period followed by the transformation in educational system, turning classrooms into online spaces and teachers into virtual educators, NPS Indiranagar prompted yet new example of educational innovation. The school celebrated the indomitable spirit of young talented leaders and commemorated them by means of a Virtual Investiture Ceremony on Monday, 24 August 2020. In this exceptional virtual dais, the young leaders of NPS Indiranagar were formally bestowed with the responsibility of leading their school from the front with their commitment, confidence and competence.
The ceremony was flagged off with an inspiring words by the school Principal Ms. Shantha Chandran. She congratulated the newly appointed school council members and their preparedness to take up responsibilities entrusted onto them. She encouraged the students to follow the path of righteousness with strong resolve and translate the vision of the school into reality.
Director, NPS Group of Institutions, NAFL and TISB Dr. Bindu Hari in her address congratulated the outstanding results of NPS Indiranagar both in Grade 10 and 12 CBSE Board Examinations. She further emphasised that the pandemic is an opportunity to remind ourselves of the skills students need in this unpredictable world such as informed decision making, creative problem solving, and perhaps above all, adaptability. To ensure those skills remain a priority for all students, resilience remains the vouch word for NPS Indiranagar.
The first ever Virtual Investiture Ceremony was yet another milestone reached in the journey of e-learning! In this unconventional yet solemn event, the office bearers for an array of associations were announced. Senior Coordinator Ms Shweta Pathak Chand gave the vote of thanks and congratulated the office bearers. The event was joined by students, parents, and teachers. The occasion proved to be an exhilarating moment for all the office bearers who were filled with zeal and zest to take up their duties.
