Grade 5 students took part in a series of experiential field trips that connected classroom learning with real-world experiences. The August visit to the National Gallery of Modern Art (NGMA), Bengaluru, helped students explore the link between Mathematics and art. They observed patterns, shapes, and designs in artworks and identified concepts such as fractions, decimals, symmetry, and large numbers.
During the December trip to the Ramakrishna Ashrama, students learned about the life and teachings of Swami Vivekananda. They explored the prayer hall, meditation spaces, and library, and spent a few quiet moments in reflection.
The February outing to Enchanting Acres offered hands-on learning in a natural setting, where students participated in outdoor activities that encouraged teamwork, observation, and problem-solving. Each trip made learning meaningful and memorable.
