National Public School, Indiranagar Celebrates 78 Years of Indian Independence.

Independence Day holds a special place in the hearts of every Indian, and this year, National Public School, Indiranagar, marked the 78th anniversary of India’s independence with great enthusiasm and reverence.

On the morning of 15 August 2024, the day began with the ceremonial hoisting of the tricolour flag. This was followed by a vibrant celebration that featured a series of engaging performances and heartfelt tributes.

The festivities kicked off with electrifying dance performances by our talented students, setting a spirited tone for the day. The programme also included poignant speeches that paid tribute to the brave freedom fighters and soldiers whose sacrifices have shaped the India we proudly call home today.

The moments of the celebration that stood out included a compelling skit that brought to life a crucial chapter of our history, as well as a choir performance featuring a mash-up of songs. These songs’ lyrics paid homage to the visionaries who fought for independence and to the everyday heroes who continue to uphold those values.
