Our campus came alive with patriotic fervour as students across all grades celebrated Independence Day. Kindergarten and Montessori children kicked off the celebrations dressed as national heroes and in traditional attire, delighted everyone with a vibrant parade and patriotic songs. Grade 6 students presented, to the audience of students, parents and teachers, inspiring role-plays honouring freedom fighters—Rani Chennamma of Kittur, tribal revolutionary Tantia Bhil, and the brave farmers of Assam’s Patharughat uprising. Their powerful portrayals celebrated courage, sacrifice, and the true spirit of freedom.
