Field trips play an important role in learning, a time to explore and discover everything around. Kindergarten 1 students of National Public School, Indiranagar visited Simpli Namdhari’s supermarket on 9 August 2024 as a part of their learning on the EVS topic “Food we eat.” Students explored all sections of the supermarket and immediately connected to the eatables they see at home regularly. They excitedly shared their learning of root and leafy vegetables with their peers. Their curious minds observed the different grains and dairy products and they named them with enthusiasm. Their first trip to supermarket was a memorable experience, the bus ride with friends being the most thrilling part of the day.
