Onam was celebrated on 7 September 2022, with tremendous fervour by the students of National Public School, Indiranagar. The festival began with the installation of the snake boat exhibit and the Pookalam. The pookalam was characterised by its outstanding design and aesthetic originality. The students of Kindergarten were decked out in traditional garb, and each group created lovely pookalams. A group song and dance was performed by the students. The students were told the tale of King Mahabali, which emphasised the importance of the Onam festival. In addition, faculty members gracefully and energetically performed the ancient Kerala dance form known as Thiruvathirakkali.
