On 5th June 2025, our school celebrated World Environment Day with a special assembly that focused on spreading awareness about environmental conservation following this year’s theme - ‘Ending Plastic Pollution’. The event began with an impassioned speech by a Grade 12 student who highlighted the urgent need to protect our planet focusing on how small actions can collectively make a big difference. This was followed by a play performed by Grades 10 and 12 students that depicted the importance of reducing plastic usage and the urgent need to support with schemes like the ‘Swachh Bharat Abhiyan’. An engaging quiz on environmental facts, sustainable practices, and global green initiatives was another highlight of the day.
The assembly concluded with the launch of a community cleaning campaign for our school. This initiative invites students and staff to join hands in cleaning and maintaining school spaces and spreading awareness, marking a strong step towards a cleaner, greener future.
